Providing high quality service and products is our top priority. Synthesis Spa will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. While Synthesis Spa does not offer refunds on services provided, we are happy to repeat a service to your satisfaction. Please contact
Synthesis Spa within 72 hours of your original service. Merchandise credits are issued for most products within 7 days of purchase. Products pruchased on line are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Make-up products and cosmetics cannot be returned and are final. Gift Certificates may be returned within 7 days to original purchaser only.
Hours
Synthesis Spa is open Mon-Sun. by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled on-line.
Cancellations
Kindly give a 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid being charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Gratuities
Tipping is at the discretion of our clients and are not included in the price of the service.
Payments
Synthesis Spa currently accept Master Card, Visa, Debit and Cash. Sorry we do not accept checks at this time.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased in any denomination. They are transferable and can only be refunded by the purchaser.See refund policy.
